Grade B

They are backed by a 6-month warranty, and their battery health typically ranges from 80% to 85% of the original capacity.

Grade C

C-Grade device, displaying noticeable wear and tear, with significant scratching on the screen and visible dents around the edges. Face ID functionality might be disabled. However, these devices remain fully operational and represent excellent value for money. They are covered by a 6-month warranty and typically maintain 80% to 85% of their original battery health.

Brand New

This is a brand new, open box device in spotless condition with no scratches or signs of wear. It comes with all original accessories and includes a manufacturer warranty. The device offers 100% battery health and is backed by a 24-month warranty. Although the packaging may be open, the device remains in pristine, like-new condition.

If we are unable to repair your product within a reasonable time frame, we will offer a Store credit or replacement only.
