Priority Delivery

At Roobotech, we understand that getting your order quickly and safely is a top priority. That’s why we offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs, whether you choose Australia Post or Sendle Parcel Delivery.

Australia Post

Delivery Schedule:

• Express Postage (without signature): 1–2 days after dispatch
• Express Postage (Signature on Delivery): 1–2 days after dispatch

Cost per Shipment:

• Express Postage (without signature): $15
• Express Postage (Signature on Delivery): $20

Sendle Parcel Delivery

Delivery Schedule:

• Express Postage (Signature On Delivery): 1–2 days after dispatch

Cost per Shipment:

• Express Postage (Signature On Delivery): $18

Shipping Schedule

Orders placed on weekends, Fridays, or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day or Monday.
Deliveries to regional areas may take up to 7 business days.

Returns

If a product is deemed faulty within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. For faults found after 30 days, we will offer a replacement or repair where possible. Refunds after this period will be at Roobotech’s discretion if a replacement or repair is not available.

Roobotech will cover return postage costs only if the product is confirmed faulty and is under warranty. A 5% to 10% restocking fee may apply for change-of-mind returns or accidental orders.
